KREATIVES ONE LIGHT ONLY is aimed at anyone who finally wants to really understand and creatively use light in portrait photography. The focus is on working with just one light source – and the realization of how versatile, precise and expressive you can work with it.
In this workshop, you will learn how light shapes a face, how small changes in position, distance or angle can create completely different image effects and how you can achieve maximum results with minimal equipment. It’s about understanding light, light shaping and conscious control – not about complicated technology, but about a clear, practical approach to creative light.
Together, we work directly with a model on location and immediately put the content shown into practice. This not only gives you new ideas, but above all confidence in dealing with light and a better feeling for how to create strong images with simple means.
The workshop will be led by Julia Schwegmann, who stands for motivating, understandable and practical teaching and brings the quality standards of KROLOP & GERST with her.
During the workshop, we will put the things we have learned and shown into practice directly with a model on location.
