Furthermore, RINGFOTO accepts no liability for material or immaterial damage or consequential damage arising from the use or non-use of any incorrect and/or incomplete content of the presentations and/or event documents. RINGFOTO assumes no duty of care for objects and goods brought along and excludes any liability for damage and loss of these objects. The exclusion of liability is not limited by any security measures carried out by RINGFOTO. Applicable law / place of performance and jurisdiction

If the visitor is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with the contractual relationship shall be Fürth / Bavaria. This shall also apply in cases in which the visitor has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, has moved his domicile or usual place of residence abroad after conclusion of the contract or neither the domicile nor the usual place of residence of the visitor are known at the time the action is brought. Notwithstanding this, RINGFOTO may also assert claims against a visitor at the visitor’s general place of jurisdiction.
