Imaging World is the new trade fair for photography in Germany. Imaging World is aimed at anyone interested in photography, technology, content production and image editing – from ambitious amateur photographers, YouTubers and influencers to professionals and creative agencies.
When and where does Imaging World take place?
The trade fair will take place from October 10 to 12, 2025 in the Frankenhalle at Messe Nürnberg. All information on how to get there and the opening times.
How does Imaging World differ from other trade fairs?
Imaging World combines a trade fair, world of experience and workshop festival in a modern format. Instead of sober product presentations, there are inspiring experience areas, test stations, live studios and practical training courses. The focus is on exchange, creativity and innovation.
How do I get a ticket for Imaging World?

What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes access to the entire trade fair and the live shows. An additional ticket is required for some special workshops, which can be booked directly in advance.
What is the best way to travel to Imaging World?
Imaging World takes place at Messe Nürnberg – centrally located and easily accessible by car, bus and train. Directions can be found here.
Are there parking spaces on site?
Yes, there are plenty of paid parking spaces available at the Frankenhalle of Messe Nürnberg. Alternatively, there are other parking facilities in the surrounding area and very good public transport connections. Directions can be found here.
Where can I stay overnight nearby?
There are many hotels, guesthouses and apartments in the immediate vicinity and in Nuremberg city center.
Which brands and exhibitors will be at the trade fair?
Can I try out or buy products at the trade fair?
Many products can be tested directly on site – ideal for trying out and comparing.
A direct purchase is not possible.
Then visit your local photo shop – there you can buy your desired products and get advice.

Do I have to register separately for the workshops?
Yes, a separate workshop ticket is required for participation in workshops. The workshop ticket includes the Weekend Pass for an additional visit to the trade fair. more about the workshops.
How many places are there per workshop?
Tickets for the workshops will be available soon. The number of participants is limited depending on the workshop. If you want to be sure of attending, you should book your ticket early.
Can I exchange my workshop ticket?
No, the ticket is only valid for the booked workshop and cannot be canceled. Book your ticket.
