How to get to the trade fair easily
No matter which direction you are traveling from – Nuremberg is super centrally located and really well connected. Whether by car, train or plane, you can reach the exhibition center quickly and easily.

Arrival by public transportation
The subway line 1 takes you directly to Messe station in 8 minutes (direction Langwasser Süd)
Your way to the trade fair – it’s that easy:
By car
You want to come by car?
No problem – Nuremberg is well connected:
- Direct access to the A3, A6, A9 and A73 freeways
- Good signage from all directions and fast access to the exhibition center
- Thanks to one of the most modern traffic and parking guidance systems in Europe, you can reach your destination efficiently.
- Address for the navigation system: Karl-Schönleben-Straße or Special destination trade fair
By train
Whether you’re coming from Berlin, Munich or Paris – Nuremberg is easy to reach by long-distance transportation:
- ICE, IC and EC trains take you quickly to Nuremberg main station
- From there, take the subway line U1 in the direction of “Langwasser Süd”
- After only 8 minutes you are at the “Messe” stop

Ticket tip: A one-way ticket for Zone A is sufficient – or a day ticket if you are traveling more than one day.
By airplane
Nuremberg Airport brings you to the city quickly with direct flights – from all over Europe and via major hubs such as Frankfurt or Munich.
- From the airport, take the subway line U2 in the direction of “Röthenbach”
- At the main station, take the U1 in the direction of “Langwasser Süd”
- After about 20 minutes you are at the fair
Alternatively: A cab will take you to the exhibition center in approx. 25 minutes around the clock.
Looking for a rental car? At the airport you will find all the major providers such as Avis, Hertz, Europcar and Sixt.
By car?
Nuremberg is located on several highways – simply enter them into the navigation system:

Nuremberg International Airport is only a few minutes away – from there the subway will take you comfortably to the exhibition center.
By train?
As a hub in the Deutsche Bahn rail network, you can easily reach Nuremberg by ICE or regional train. From the main station, you can take the subway directly to almost the front door of the hall.
On the road?
You’ll quickly find your way around Nuremberg. The city is clearly laid out and well connected – you can reach your destination quickly by S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus.
